Do you have a question that you want us to answer? Submit it to us now on our submission page by clicking here. In addition, you can call us at 1-866-SITN-BOSTON or email us your questions, instead of submitting them online.
Here are a few of our most recent questions and answers:
Q: Availability of 2008 Lectures: Science of Sleep
I missed the SITN lecture on sleep. Do you know when it will be available for podcast or for download?
-- R. Loeffler, Watertown, MA
A: Hi! We're glad you're interested in what turned out to be a great lecture. We are working on the podcasts this month and will hopefully have them posted soon there after.
Q: Atention Josh: In upcoming talk regarding dietary supplements, etc concerning longetivity, health et., please include Nitric Oxide and Louis Ignarro's claims.
Nobel Prize winner claims in book "No More Heart Disease", Nitric Oxide molecule and supplements used to boost it in humans can eradicate heart disease. Reference: http://www.drignarro.com/
-- R. Caruso, Everett, MA
A: Hi Rich, We will definitely include Nitric Oxide in our Supplements lecture. The science behind the benefits of nitric oxide in the body are clear and have even garnered a Nobel Prize in 1998. However, current advertising may be overextending these claims, or at least, are currently unproven. We'll discuss these issues and exactly how nitric oxide works naturally in the body. Josh
